This lovely villa has unbelievable views from the balconies.
Situated in a small hamlet just below the ski town of Torgnon, there are hiking trails right out of the door. Parking is just below the house. The Villa is made up of 2 identical apartments (each has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) and a "Cantina" on the lower level which provides bike / ski storage and opens to a patio and fenced yard. There is a great restaurant within 200m (and a cool playground!)

In Summer, there are hiking and biking trails everywhere...even right past your front door.
It's about a 30 minute drive to the town of Aosta with its Roman ruins and just a little further to Courmayeur and Chamonix.
Along the way, there are medieval castles every few miles!
The ski areas have all sorts of summer activities for all ages and there are playgrounds everywhere.
Rent an ebike and ride to the Lago di Cignana - an unforgettable excursion in sight of the Matterhorn.
For the truly adventurous there is paragliding and a via ferrata in the nearby town of Valtournenche.
THE KID FRIENDLY SKI AREA OF TORGNON is just 4 minutes away.
Easy parking, quiet runs, great restaurants and lift tickets starting at just 28 Euros per day make this a great base and when weather closes down the Cervinia lifts you are well placed to still have a great ski day.
25 minutes down the road are the lifts to Cervinia / Zermatt, one of the largest and most famous ski domains in the world.
